I previous purchased from Mikella, and we went in to purchase a third row SUV. We went in looking for a Dodge Journey but she knew we had tall kids and warned us it might be a little small in the third row but still showed us. She was right, and she helped us find the right one that fit out family. She really was thinking about us and our family when helping us.
We were a little disappointed with our first salesperson from the subaru store (dont remember his name) so we didn't end up making a deal. The dealership is great, but what makes it great besides there high quality vehicles is the sales people like Makala at Vancouver Dodge. Very pleased with my used vehicle purchase today. Roxanne was fantastic as was Joe and Christina. I am a tough judge of service so I almost never give a 5 star ratings but this time they went above and beyond and got me a lower rate than I walked in with and got me into the truck I wanted. This was my third visit here and I will be back again when it is time for another trade in.

I called and set up an appointment with Mikella for my parents. She had the vehicle pulled up for us when we arrived. It did not have everything they were looking for and instead of pushing them into something they didn't want, she listened and went and found them exactly what they were looking for. My wife and 2 boys went in originally just to look at a couple of vehicles we were greeted by Roxanne and i was extremely apprehensive from past experiences. Car buying ends up being a long process regardless but Abigail did a great job keeping me engaged while waiting for the finance part to be ready.
