They are liars. They advertised a Pacifica Pinnacle for $42,824. I live 3 hours away. I called them and confirmed the price. They said that was the price and no hidden fees. The Jeep service department is a complete joke. My wife and bought 2 jeeps this year within 3 months of each other. 2023 wrangler 4xe Rubicon and a 2023 gladiator rubicon. Ripped me off. Gave me $1,500 for my trade in that had bluebook value of over $5,000. It even had brand new $800 winter tires on it. Then the dealer they sold it to on 82nd in Portland turned around and sold it for over $10,000!!! As far as I'm concerned, these criminals owe me several thousand dollars!!!! My salesperson was dishonest during the price negotiation. I was negotiating on a car with salesperson Justin A. Numerous times I asked what other fees there are on top of the vehicle price. Crazy prices just at this dealer for parts! Wanted over $80 for a gas cap. Actual Mopar website has it for $27 shipping included. Portland and a Hillsboro dodge dealer had them for $36. Why so high at Vancouver because they think most customers are too dumb to ask around or too lazy? Pretty ridiculous. They also wanted to $50 for one oring! My son purchased his first vehicle (2012 Dodge 1500) had it for a little over two weeks and the truck went into limp mode and stuck in 4th. He has a warranty but drove over the 1000 miles by very little. Took it back to have it troubleshoot and the service advisor told him it needed a transmission and was definitly something that didn't just happen. We went in looking for a Dodge Journey but she knew we had tall kids and warned us it might be a little small in the third row but still showed us. We feel that the "service advisers" are more like high pressure salesmen. They must get a commission on total dollar amount. We always end up spending twice the estimated or initial cost. We are not going back, we have given them way to many chances on all of our vehicles. Yes, I know, you would think that we would have learned the first or second time. They got us for 4k this last time.
The dealership is great, but what makes it great besides there high quality vehicles is the sales people like Makala at Vancouver Dodge. She is top notch and she is very knowledgeable, kind courteous and hard working she trys her hardest to make sure the customers are fully satisfied in this big purchase. Was especially annoyed at the games they played when we tried to get a backup FOB. BS, BS, BS, and then magically, they had one. Have to wonder why it wasn't supplied immediately.

Do not take your car here for any out of warranty repairs. They are a total ripoff with their pricing. First they charge a very high $175 diagnostic fee which I was not told about until I was dropping my van off. On top of that they tried to charge me an extra $20.00 "environmental fee" when I came to pick my van up after declining to have the work done. I decided to another repair shop that I trust after they gave me a quote that was a third the cost for the same repair! I made the mistake ...

Very pleased with my used vehicle purchase today. Roxanne was fantastic as was Joe and Christina. I am a tough judge of service so I almost never give a 5 star ratings but this time they went above and beyond and got me a lower rate than I walked in with and got me into the truck I wanted. This was my third visit here and I will be back again when it is time for another trade in.

I called and set up an appointment with Mikella for my parents. She had the vehicle pulled up for us when we arrived. It did not have everything they were looking for and instead of pushing them into something they didn't want, she listened and went and found them exactly what they were looking for. My wife and 2 boys went in originally just to look at a couple of vehicles we were greeted by Roxanne and i was extremely apprehensive from past experiences. We went to buy a Chrysler Pacifica and we were pre approved by Columbia Credit Union. When we were in negotiation Dick Hanna's salesman asked for my credit information on an application so they could verify my ID. They assured they weren't going to run it as I was concerned about unnecessary credit checks lowering my credit score. Stay far, far away from this unethical dealership. They will make you promises on things like warranty and pricing, then not include it on your paperwork. When you question them, they say they never agreed to that. Sheisty, rude and misogynistic sales team; not at all female friendly.

Scott is the worst! Second time I have dealt with him in the service department. Always takes FOREVER I mean hours. First time was to change an out HID headlight in my brand new car. Second time was to get a screw out of a tire and have it fixed. This time he decided on his own to have the recalls repaired though we didn’t have time for this to be done today! Find another service advisor that actually communicates properly.

i purchased a 2018 ram 3500 with 78000 miles. when i bought the pickup i asked if it had been serviced and i was told yes. after 2000 miles the check engine light came on so i took it back to dealer because it was under there 3 month 3000 mile warranty. the changed the fuel filters and said it was my fault and charged me 355 dollars.

No one called me, so when I brought it in I asked and stated it shifted poorly from second to first, would they look at that as well. I went to the dealership to look at new Jeeps. Salesmen comes over to be helpful in my choice of Jeeps. I made an a low ball offer on a Jeep, and the salesmen agrees to offer to get me in the sales area. Long story short I agree to what salesmen says is a soft hit to credit. HIT MY CREDIT NINE TIMES!! I have a credit score of 751, no need for nine hits to credit. I will never shop at Dick Hannah again and will never Recommend them to anyone.
I took my 2016 ram 3500 in for transmission issues for the fourth time. Please note, having to take the truck in four times for the transmission is not the issue, I know Dick Hannah dodge did not build my truck and they are simply trying to repair it.
